Dell web assistance help was absolutely useless most of the solutions on website did not work or I was unable to access or they locked up and froze the page and the service clown did not have a clue finally refering me to vendor who refered me back to dell. I wrote a complaint to the manager but did not recieve a reply. After some searching I discovered a service 0800 number where I wasfinally put in contact with a service technician strangely enough located in the philipines and he was marvelous after accessing my system he located the file I needed and after downloading the problem was resolved. I thank him profusely for his stirling help but cannot but wonder why the **** the website is so impossible to sucessfully resolve problems and why the email help idiot did not either ring me or at least give me the dell service number.
