I counted 47 apps installed, most of them iOS teaks so any one of them could have messed up something including multiples related to lockscreen and boost for example: volume boost volume boost 3.1.2 theme volume boost x3 volume booster 3/4/5.x volume booster 4.0 + a 'user agent faker' and the slowing down & battery eater Winterboard!

Not after a week. That means that something you installed has an error. (So, not a whited00r 6 problem, unless, of course, it isn't a generic error and actually does say it is to do with whited00r in cydia). Have you actually tried restoring again, then installing one by one the packages? A screenshot of the error would be nice, because normally it would say before it what the package was (although you might not notice it.) Cydia would try to reconfigure the package every time you tried to install something else, and in the output of the install, it would say 'Configuring SomePackage' (replace that with the package name). That would help us narrow down what the actual package that is broken is.
